Information and recipe sheets are available on a wide range of topics such as cooking beans and grains, managing a gluten-free diet and celebrating the holidays with a vegetarian. Copies of The Natural Path newsletter and Alive Magazine are also available. Rainbow supports locally-produced food and product and many of our suppliers are small companies like Rainbow. Our coffees are organic, fair-trade and roasted locally. Our various green initiatives include using alternative energy sources and we are powered by Bullfrog Power. Our Customer Loyalty Program rewards regular shoppers with a $10 refund when a certain level of points is reached. It's free to join and we do all the work for you by tracking your purchases. Rainbow runs different Charity initiatives throughout the year. On Earth Day, 5% of all sales were donated to various environmental charities such as the David Suzuki Foundation and the Ottawa Riverkeeper. Each holiday season Rainbow runs a fund raiser in support of the Ottawa Food Bank. |

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days with a valid receipt, unopened, in original packaging and able to be resold. Perishable items (dairy, bakery, take-out, produce, bulk and frozen foods) may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt and only if substandard. We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are dealt with at management's discretion in co-operation with our suppliers. |
