 Daiya cheese - Many people have asked for this Vegan cheese alternative. It tastes, shreds and melts like dairy based cheese. Soy free, Casein free, Gluten free, Nut free and Egg free. Cheddar and Mozzarella style shreds are available in several sizes. Finally available in Canada.

Organic Three Lentil Mix from Willow Creek Organic Grain Co. Made from organic Spelt flour blended with milled black, green, and red lentils. Use for coatings, meatless patties, as an addition to burgers. It’s organic, kosher, and Canadian!

Silver Hills Sprouted Grain Breads
Silver Hills makes their bread by first sprouting the grains, and then mashing them to form the dough. This method retains all the bran, germ and endosperm giving you up to 3 times more fibre. The breads are sprouted from 100% organic whole grains. No GMOs, no additives organic where possible. Certified BC kosher. Mack’s Flax and Steady Eddie have a low Glycemic Index of under 55. Mavea Water Filters
The Mavea water filter is a high quality, well designed water filter pitcher engineered to significantly reduce chlorine and other unwanted elements to provide you with great tasting water and extend appliance lifespan. The pitchers also have inspired features such as
- a smart meter which takes into account the length of time the filter has been in use, the volume filtered and the hardness of the water, so it can tell you exactly when it’s time to change to a new filter

 Sea Buckthorn:
Sea Buckthorn is a plant found primarily in Europe and Asia, which has been used there for more than 1500 years. The berries are extremely nutrient rich, containing vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, K, P as well as Amino Acids, anti-oxidants and Omega 3, 6, 7, and 9. The amount of Vitamin C is about 10 times greater than the amount found in oranges! Sea Buckthorn oils extracted from the seeds, fruit and leaves have been shown to have powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and are being used in cosmetics for reducing redness, swelling and discomfort, and for nourishing and softening dry and over-reactive skin. Helpful in dealing with acne, rosacea, eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.

 Acai Berries
Acai berries are the fruit of the Acai Palm which grows only in the Amazon Rainforest. It is a very delicate fruit which must be processed within 24 hours, and so is available only as juice or in powdered form in North America. Acai berries are high in antioxidants and contain amino acids, essential fatty acids and fiber. The berries taste like a blend of berries and chocolate.
