Meatless Monday Campaign
 Meatless Monday is a worldwide movement to help people reduce their meat consumption by 15% (one day per week) and thus improve their personal health and the health of the planet. The U.N. Food & Agriculture Organization reports that animal agriculture generates a whopping 18% of the world’s green gasses. Going meatless just one day a week can make a huge difference towards reducing your carbon footprint.
 Rainbow Foods' year long campaign of providing a new meat-free main dish each Monday is now concluded. Thanks to all staff who brought forward a recipe. Copies of the year's recipes can be found by clicking on More Newsletters on the right navigation pane.

Rainbow Foods offers ˝ hour store tours Saturdays between 1:30 and 4:30 for people who are celiac or gluten intolerant. Individual or group tours can be booked in person at Customer Service or by phone at (613)726-9200.
